    Come now, Dapper Dan, surely the winter thus far would not deter one from wearing tweed nor setting out on a two-wheeled journey in said fabric. I myself have set out on a few short excursions and while not clad head to toe in tweed, I often do wear my tweed jacket to keep out the slight chill and a bit of moisture at times, and I must say I have been quite comfortable. Please do consider at least a tentative date for the annual ride.
